These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”, “User”) and Sigma Technical Management and Services (Sigma TMS), trading as MetaFuse3D (“Company”, “we”, “us”), governing your use of our marketing websites, ModelForge cloud platform, and in-house manufacturing services.
You retain complete, exclusive intellectual property rights, patent rights, copyright, and trade secret ownership over all 3D CAD files, STL/OBJ/STEP meshes, 2D technical drawings, and intraoral clinical scans uploaded to MetaFuse3D.
Limited License Grant: You grant MetaFuse3D a strictly limited, non-exclusive license solely to analyze, slice, quote, test, and physically manufacture your requested order.
When using our interactive parametric configurators, MetaFuse3D retains rights to the underlying software algorithms and master parametric definitions. You own all customized configuration parameters, custom text engravings, personalized combinations, and the resulting physical manufactured parts.
You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary licenses, copyrights, and permissions for all uploaded CAD geometry. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MetaFuse3D and Sigma TMS against any third-party claims of patent, copyright, or design infringement.
MetaFuse3D reserves the unconditional right to refuse, cancel, or refund any production order containing prohibited content, including firearms, lethal weapon receivers, restricted defense articles under ITAR, counterfeit trademarked goods, or unsafe biohazardous parts.
Additive manufacturing parts are produced in accordance with our published engineering guidelines (FDM standard ±0.2mm, 8K Resin ±0.05mm). Natural material layer line variations, micro-support witness marks, and slight thermal shrinkage are inherent characteristics of additive processes and do not constitute defects.
Inspect all delivered parts within seven (7) calendar days of arrival. Any manufacturing discrepancy exceeding published engineering tolerances will be promptly reprinted or credited.
MetaFuse3D manufactures dental models, surgical guides, aligner thermoforming blanks, and MAD appliances strictly per the CAD specifications and intraoral scan files provided by certified dental professionals. The treating clinician remains solely responsible for patient diagnosis, appliance clinical fitment, sterilization verification, and treatment outcomes.
India Orders & Domestic Contracts
Governed by the laws of India. Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
United States & International Contracts
Governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA. Subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Williamson County, Tennessee.
