“Bringing Idea into Reality within Minutes”
— End to end · in-house
Six stages, all of them ours. You can enter at any of them — bring a physical part, a napkin sketch, or a production-ready file.
“Bringing Idea into Reality within Minutes”
The journey
A physical object, a sketch, or a file you already have.
We look at what you have brought us and work out what it needs — whether that is capture, design work, or going straight to production.
Turning what you have into something that can be made.
A scan becomes an editable model, a sketch becomes geometry, an existing file gets reviewed against how it will actually be produced.
A part you can hold, on our own machines.
Fifteen FDM machines and three resin machines sit on our floor, with up to 16 different colours available in a single print.
When the same part is needed in quantity.
Once a printed part is proven, injection molding takes over to run it in volume, from the same model and with the same team.
Support removal, cleaning, curing and surface work.
Parts are taken from as-produced to as-agreed before anyone signs anything off.
Checked against what was agreed, then packed and sent.
Parts leave from our Nashik facility, with our Tennessee office covering the US side.
How we work
You talk to the team running the machines, not to a broker who is placing the work elsewhere.
Holding the whole pipeline in-house means the model that was designed is the model that gets made.
A single prototype and a production batch go through the same door, with the same team.
Your files are handled confidentially.
Describe what you need made, or attach the file you already have.
