If your delivered part arrives damaged in transit or deviates from our published manufacturing tolerances (±0.2mm FDM, ±0.05mm Resin), contact us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery with clear photographs and measurement readings.
Confirmed manufacturing defects are eligible for an immediate priority reprint at zero additional cost, or a full account credit.
