Our Commitment to Confidentiality & IP Security

MetaFuse3D, operated under Sigma Technical Management and Services (Sigma TMS), respects the confidentiality of your proprietary CAD models, clinical dental scan geometries, and personal information. We maintain strict role-based access controls, quarantine upload pipelines, and zero commercial exploitation of your designs.

1. Data Fiduciary & Identity of Data Controller

For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India) and applicable United States privacy statutes, the Data Fiduciary is:

2. Categories of Information We Collect

A. Account & Contact Data

Full name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, clinic/organization name, shipping address (India & USA formats), and order transaction logs.

B. 3D CAD & Mesh Files

Uploaded files (.STL, .OBJ, .3MF, .STEP, .PLY, .DCM), bounding-box dimensions, volumetric data, material configurations, and custom parameter selections.

C. Clinical Dental Scan Data

Intraoral and diagnostic scans submitted for medical/dental manufacturing (e.g. surgical guides, MAD devices). We require clinicians to de-identify all patient personal identifiers prior to upload.

D. Technical & Viewer Telemetry

Browser WebGL capabilities, device performance tier, error logs, and session tokens to optimize 3D viewer frame rates.

3. Clinical Dental & Patient Scan Data Protections

In connection with our Healthcare services (including surgical guides and India's First MAD Device), we enforce stringent data handling standards:

De-Identification: Uploaded DICOM (.dcm) or STL files must not contain unencrypted patient names or national identity numbers.
Isolated Quarantine: Scans land in private, non-public object storage with signed short-lived URLs.
Zero AI Training: We NEVER use customer or patient geometry to train public generative AI algorithms.

4. File Retention Policy & Right to Erasure

We retain files strictly for manufacturing verification, reorders, and warranty support:

Unordered Quotes: Uploaded CAD files for unconfirmed quotes are automatically purged from quarantine storage after 30 days.
Completed Production Orders: Files are retained in encrypted storage for 90 days to facilitate fast reorders and tolerance checks, unless permanent deletion is requested earlier.
User-Initiated Erasure: You can delete any uploaded model or project at any time from your ModelForge dashboard or by emailing our Data Protection Officer.

5. Your Rights as a Data Principal (India DPDP & US Privacy)

You have the right to access, correct, complete, and request erasure of your personal information, as well as to withdraw consent and nominate representatives for grievance redressal.

6. Security Safeguards & Encryption

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS), and isolated sandboxed workers for mesh geometry processing.
