MetaFuse3D is capable of up to 16 different colours in a single print. Markings, graphics and colour-coded sections come off the build plate finished — nothing to paint afterwards, nothing to glue together.
Finished parts straight off the build plate. No painting. No assembly. One continuous build.

#D8ECF8Illustrative colour range — confirmed per job.
The colour is part of the material rather than a coat on top of it, so it does not scratch, chip or flake off.
Colour sections, markings and logos come out as one part rather than several that have to be joined.
Skipping a finishing step means the next version of a design is one print away rather than one print and a paint booth.
— Working in colour
A multi-colour print starts with a file that says where the colours go. These are the three things worth getting right before you send one.
A 3MF file with painted colour, or a STEP file split into separate bodies, tells us which surface is which colour. A plain STL carries no colour information at all, so we would have to ask.
A part whose colours change in bands up the Z axis prints faster than one where every layer touches every colour. If the design allows it, grouping the changes is worth doing.
If a specific colour has to be matched — a brand colour, a safety marking — say so up front. We will confirm what is available for your job rather than substituting something close.
Send us your 3D CAD files or bring in physical parts for scanning. We handle the complete process chain: scanning, design optimization, high-speed 3D printing, injection molding, and quality assurance.
