Reverse Engineering · Scan + Design + Make
No drawings? No files? No problem. Hand us the physical part — broken, discontinued or just not quite right — and we scan it, rebuild it as editable CAD, customise it to what you actually need, and make it again. Every step under one roof.
— The journey of one part
Follow a cracked gear through the whole process — then toggle the changes and pick a colour to see how the rebuild can be customised.
Step 01 · Your product
Worn, broken, discontinued or simply undocumented. No drawings needed — the object itself is the brief.

Step one
Getting started is the easy part. Whichever way you choose, the original comes back to you with the new part.
A few pictures and a line about what you want changed. We tell you how we would approach it before anything ships.
Walk in to Nashik or Tennessee with the part and talk it through with the team that will rebuild it.
Pack it, send it, and we return the original along with the new part when the job is done.
The transformation
Reverse engineering is not just copying. It is the chance to fix everything that was wrong with the original.
What we do with it
An exact replacement for a part that is discontinued, out of stock or has no drawings.
Broken, cracked or worn geometry rebuilt to how it should have been.
Stronger sections, better fits, fewer failure points than the original.
Resize, re-shape, add features, personalise, brand it, change the colour.
Make one, make a batch, or take the new design to injection molding.
Keep a CAD record of critical parts so you are never stuck again.
Where it is used
Gears, brackets, housings, knobs and clips for equipment that is still running but no longer supported.
Trims, clips, covers and interior parts for vehicles whose parts are hard to find.
Capturing models and casts so appliances can be redesigned around the patient.
Rebuilding a worn fixture — and improving it while it is on the screen.
The broken bit of something you love, made again — or made better.
What you get back
Your part and data stay confidential. NDA on request. Your original comes back to you.
Clean mesh (STL / OBJ) and editable CAD (STEP) you own.
A dimensioned drawing when you need one for your records or another supplier.
Printed in FDM or resin, finished and painted, from one-off to batch.
A die for injection molding when the volumes justify it.
Yes. That is exactly what reverse engineering is for. The object itself is the brief; we capture it and rebuild the model from it.
Bring all the pieces you have. The damage is repaired in CAD so the new part is made to the intended shape, not the worn one.
That is where most of the value is. Tell us what was wrong with the original — weak point, poor fit, wrong size — and we design it out.
Yes. You receive the mesh and the CAD model, and a drawing on request, along with the original part back.
It depends on the part, its surfaces and what it has to fit. Describe the job and we will confirm what is achievable before we start.
We work on parts you own or have the right to reproduce. If a design is protected by someone else, we will talk to you about what is appropriate.
Yes. Your part and your files are handled confidentially, and we can work under an NDA.
Send a photo and tell us what you want changed. We come back with how we would rebuild it.
